Operations Associate

The Operations associate plays a critical role in the back-office.  With responsibility for the day to day back-office details, the Operations associate helps ensure that clients have a wonderful operational experience.  (This is not a sales position)

NOTE:

Opportunity for future advancement to Team Leader position.  The Team Leader plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the office.  With overall responsibility for the office, the Team Leader must be able to work effectively with other staff members, clients, and the Wealth Advisor(s). 

Responsibilities & Activities:

• Processes account paperwork
• Handles miscellaneous operational activities
• Delivers concierge services to clients
  • Coordinates all client materials
  • Makes monthly and quarterly “stay in touch” calls
• Greets clients and makes them feel comfortable when they visit the office
• Handles incoming phone calls
• Orders and handles office supplies
  
• Handles calendar for the Wealth Consultants
• Creation and sending of correspondence
• Develops and maintains written systems of all their activities
• Handles daily office operations
• Handles new business paperwork
• Develops and maintains written systems of all their activities

• Helpful:
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous securities industry experience

Compensation:

• This is a Full Time Position (40/hours per week)
• Base Salary depending on Experience
